GIVEAWAY DAY!

That's right!  It's the ever-so-famous giveaway day over at Sew,Mama,Sew!
I am so pleased to be participating in this event!  If you are new to my blog... welcome!  (I am a little nervous, as this is my very first giveaway)

Here is the prize...
isn't it lovely?

Its a super cute clutch made out of... (that's right - you guessed it...) Granny Squares!  This clutch is inspired by the lovely girls over at RVA.

In order to be entered, please follow my blog (pretty please!) and leave me a comment with your favorite type of holiday cookie!  If you don't celebrate the holidays then just your favorite cookie.

Comments will be left open until December 6th at 9pm PST.  A winner will be randomly selected on December 7th!  I also plan on actually making the cookie recipe that was choosen by the winner, so I get a little reward too.  :o)

I will ship the clutch out by December 12th, unfortunately I can only ship to the USA and Canada.

This clutch will be made special order, so if you are the winner, you will need to pick out three coordinating colors of yarn and I will "custom-create" a clutch just for you!  If you like the color scheme above that's fine too.

Please email me with any questions at crystalmwa (at) gmail (dot) com and thanks for stopping by!

xoxo

  3. What a sweet clutch! The colors are great together, too. Favorite holiday cookie might be shortbread, although I am partial to Christmas fudge. I know it's not a cookie, but Christmas is the only time that I make it (and allow myself to indulge!).

  4. What a beautiful clutch! How did you do that? My favorite holiday cookie are those peanut butter cookies with the hersheys kiss in the middle. I love them so much I put them in places where my husband can't find them and eventually forgets that I made any.

  8. Oooh, I love it!

My favourite cookies are not so much holiday-themed, as made only at this time of year. They are my Nan's jam-jams, and now that she has passed on my mom uses her recipe. They're fantastic!

  11. What a brilliant idea for a clutch! I can make the granny squares-- but the sewing is beyond me! Thanks for the opportunity to win it!

My favorite cookie has oatmeal, peanut brittle and some chocolate chips. If I win the clutch I will give you the recipe. How is that for a bribe?

I know random drawing. Can't blame me for trying. Maybe I will post the recipe on my blog.

  14. Oh, I love it!

Okay, my favorite holiday cookie is actually more of a candy, but I think that counts, right? My grandma used to make them, and called them Marcy Bars (although I don't know who "Marcy" is). They are a graham cracker/peanut butter mix with a thin layer of chocolate on top. Kinda like Reese's, but not as salty. I make them every year to honor Grandma.
